In the narrow sense, basic nursing education is legally based on the Public Health Nursing and Midwifery Nurses Act and the Regulations for Designation of Training Schools for Public Health Nurses and Midwifery Nurses,nursing postIt refers to organized education for training. Basic nursing education includes nursing colleges, nursing junior colleges, and nursing schools. Continuing nursing education is a learning experience that builds upon basic nursing education and is intended for all nursing professionals who have completed basic nursing education and are licensed under the Public Health Nursing, Midwifery, and Nursing Act. Continuing nursing education includes education provided by the national and local governments, nursing professional associations, and other organizations, as well as by facilities where nurses work. And post-graduate nursing education refers to education leading to a degree offered by graduate schools for the purpose of developing nursing practice and specific competencies. Graduate schools of nursing are designed to nurture researchers and educators who can contribute to society through academic research in nursing, to nurture advanced professionals in specific fields, to provide multi-medicalprofessionThe goal is to develop human resources who can demonstrate management skills in collaboration with
Nursing professionals must be responsive to the health needs of the population and provide qualitynursingIn order to do so, they are required to actively take advantage of educational opportunities and strive for self-improvement.
