Below are comments from the person in charge.
This typhoon No. 15 caused a lot of damage to roofs and exterior walls of houses and power facilities mainly due to strong winds, resulting in prolonged power and water outages. In addition to damage to homes and infrastructure, the typhoon also had a major impact on the functioning of hospitals and other facilities. Subsequent heavy rains have also put a damper on the situation, and many buildings are still inoperable today. Problems with the means of information have also been pointed out, and the disaster has brought to the surface a variety of issues, both in terms of hardware and software, which are weaknesses of modern society. If you have any information, please contact us at the above address.
