We aim to contribute to the future development of nursing science through active exchanges with young researchers in multiple academic fields in Japan and abroad, including the Science Council of Japan Young Researchers Academy. We will also strive to promote research activities of young researchers through regular planning and operation of exchange meetings at academic conferences, implementation of training programs sought by young researchers based on needs surveys, and dissemination of academic information and activities through MLs and other means.
