(Purpose)
Article 1.
The purpose of these rules is to provide for necessary matters concerning the Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund of the Japan Academy of Nursing Science (hereinafter referred to as "the Society"). The purpose of these rules is to stipulate necessary matters concerning the Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund held by the Japan Academy of Nursing Science, a public interest incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as the "Society").

(Installation)
Article 2.
The Society may establish a Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund as a specified asset.
　2 The Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund is a fund for conducting disaster nursing support projects and falls under the property stipulated in Article 22, Paragraph 3, Item 2 of the Enforcement Regulations for the Act on Authorization of Public Interest Incorporated Associations and Public Interest Incorporated Foundation.

(Reserve)
Article 3.
The funds shall be set aside in the Disaster Nursing Assistance Project Fund in accordance with these Rules and Regulations.

(Operations)
Article 4.
The Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund shall be invested as follows
(1) Government bonds, municipal bonds and government guaranteed bonds
(2) Deposits with financial institutions
(3) Loan trusts, money trusts and bond investment trusts
(4) Foreign bonds
(5) Stocks and investment trusts listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
　(2) In the case of operations under Item 5 of the preceding paragraph, the rating of the issuer shall, in principle, be considered investment grade by one of the rating agencies.

(Gain on investment)
Article 5.
The investment income generated from the Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund shall be used for the Disaster Nursing Support Project or shall be accumulated in the relevant project fund.

(Reversal)
Article 6.
The Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund may be withdrawn in whole or in part from the Disaster Nursing Support Project Fund by resolution of the General Meeting of Members.

(Revision of Rules and Regulations)
Article 7.
Amendments to these regulations shall be made by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Supplementary Provisions
These regulations shall come into effect on May 14, 2011.

Supplementary Provisions
These Rules and Regulations shall go into effect on September 10, 2017.
