(General Provisions)
Article 1.
The handling of the Foundation of the Japanese Society of Nursing Science (hereinafter referred to as "the Society") shall be governed by the provisions of these regulations.

(Definition of Fund)
Article 2.
The Society's Fund was established by dissolving the Japan Academy of Nursing Science (hereinafter referred to as the "Old Society"), which was a voluntary organization, and establishing the Society as a juridical person. (hereinafter referred to as "the Society"), a voluntary organization, and to establish the Society as a juridical person, the Society's fund was set up with 7,292,624 yen (including contributions in kind) from the residual assets of the Society.

(Intended use)
Article 3.
The Society Fund may be withdrawn in whole or in part to carry out the business of the Society as provided for in Article 3 of the Constitution.
　2 The total or partial reversal of the Fund under the preceding paragraph shall be made based on the income and expenditure budget and with the approval of the General Assembly of the Society.

(Report)
Article 4.
The actual use of the fund disbursed in accordance with the budget and the financial status of the fund shall be reported to the General Meeting of Members and the General Meeting of the Society based on the income and expenditure accounts, and shall be approved by the General Meeting of Members.

(Amendment or abolition of regulations)
Article 5.
Any amendment or repeal of these Rules and Regulations must be approved by the General Meeting of Members.

supplementary provisions
These regulations shall come into effect on April 1, 2009.

The amendments to these Rules and Regulations shall go into effect on August 24, 2010.
