Consultation means consultation, discussion, or consultation with an expert, and consult means to seek advice (guidance, opinion, information, etc.) from or consult with an authority, qualified person, etc. The basis of the term is "a specific expertise.profession(Consultee), but due to professional necessity, otherprofession(consultant)".
Types of consultation include (1) client-centered case consultation, (2) consultee-centered consultation, (3) measure-centered administrative consultation, and (4) consultee-centered administrative consultation.
Consultation is a relationship between a highly qualified consultant and a consultant who has a difficult work-related problem and wishes to be assisted, mobilizing resources (capacity, human resources, financial support) from within and outside the organization to help the consultant solve the problem or make a difference, The process is to (1) provide assistance to the consultants in order to help them solve their problems and make changes. The process is (1)assessmentIt consists of (1) identification of the problem, (2) identification of the problem, (3) implementation, and (4) evaluation and closure, and is also intended to train consultees to be able to handle similar problems when they arise again.
What about consultation in Japan?nursingIt is clearly positioned and refined as a function of the professional nurse who is the preeminent entity in the specialty.
